We provide shipping all over Pakistan. Deliveries can take 3-5 business days.

What if the product color varies?

M-Basics by Maria B ensures that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as
image and photographic processing will allow, M-Basics by Maria B does not
accept responsibility for slight variances in color or style.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order before the item is shipped.

Can I amend my order?

Any amendments can be suggested within 12 hours from the receipt of the order. Please share the order number and required amendments with the support team at help@mbasics.ae

Can I return the product?

Articles can be returned in the original condition after contacting the support team at help@mbasics.ae and our team will share a discount code/e-store credit of the amount of article at your registered email.

What is the Exchange Policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it with another
product. You must contact us at help@mbasics.ae within 7 days of purchase sharing the order details and articles needs to be exchanged.

What if my merchandise does not fit?

If the product doesn’t fit, please contact us at help@mariab.ae or send us a message on WhatsApp at +923111162742 and share your concern within 7 Days after delivery of your parcel.

What if my merchandise id damaged?

If the product is damaged, please share details of your order i.e. Order Number or
email and Pictures of the damaged product along with the flyer/box within 7
days of Delivery.

Will my order be confirmed if I do not respond to WhatsApp Message?

Yes, message is sent for the order confirmation, if not responded you’ll receive a call on your registered Number within 24 working hours.

What if I do not receive a WhatsApp Message?

How shall I make a payment?

Payments can be made via available modes of payment, i.e. Cash on Delivery or via
